VSO Day of Music

Ballet BC hosts a unique cross-disciplinary workshop titled 'Exploring Movement and Music.' Led by VSO faculty and Ballet BC dancers, this interactive session invites participants to see dance as a conversation between motion and sound. Attendees will explore how musical prompts can shape physical expression and vice versa. No prior dance or music experience is required—the workshop is built on curiosity and openness. It is a rare chance to engage directly with professionals from two of Vancouver's leading arts organizations. The workshop takes place in the beautiful Granville Island studios.
