About this event

Join Dr. Alexandra M. Peck for a specialized 45-minute tour of the exhibition Tupananchiskama: Ancient Andean Cosmovision. This session offers layered insights into pre-Columbian works, including exquisite ceramics and textiles dating back over 2,500 years. The tour focuses on the Andean spiritual understanding of a universe grounded in reciprocity and nature as a living being. Participants will explore the complex meanings behind the Alan R. Sawyer collection and its journey to the museum. Tours are first-come, first-served and are included with regular museum admission.
