The VSO School of Music opens its doors for a full day of free interactive programming and performances. Visitors can watch open rehearsals of youth string ensembles, enjoy Afrobeat and Chinese music groups, and participate in organ building workshops. The Willms Salon hosts diverse acts ranging from Broadway for kids to timeless piano trios. Interactive playzones are also available for budding musicians aged three and up. This is a perfect opportunity for families to discover different instruments and musical styles in an encouraging environment.
